TEHRAN – Iranian woman sprinter Maryam Toosi won a silver medal on Saturday during the final day of the Beach Opener held Jack Rose Track in Long Beach, Calif.

American athlete Christine M. Mallard won the women's 200m race with a wind-aided time of 23.06.

Toosi came second with 23.21 seconds and the bronze medal went to American Takiya Cenci who clocked 24.08 seconds.
